We have also teamed up with local distributors in select countries. If you don’t see your country listed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
INFRACYTE Order Processing Guidelines:
- Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, provided the products are in stock and payment has been authorized
- Orders may be shipped from our US or Singapore warehouse, depending on stock levels and shipping country
- Orders are not processed on weekends
- The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs and duties fees
- INFRACYTE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages
If you have any special requests or instructions regarding shipping, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we do not guarantee that we can accommodate any further requests.
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange (US customers only), gift card or refund. This includes sale items.
- Items must be received in original condition - unopened and sealed.
- We don't offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.
Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please accept our apologies in advance! Please provide details (including photos) within 48 hours of receiving your product. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.
Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. INFRACYTE does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products.
